The office staff was great. They set an appointment quickly and were friendly and professional. Chris was my tech and she was professional and friendly. Advent Health should consder the team at the Apopka Imaging Center as an example of how patient service should be done.
The technician that did my mammogram was wonderful very kind and caring. The text that did my sonogram was very nice also. I give them five stars. The place was very clean and the front desk was very helpful also
Fast, professional and friendly.
I walked in the door, just aggravated by the long drive from Altamonte with the traffic, but the staff took me in like I was a VIP and I signed all the documents. They got me back with the technician in a timely manner and I was through with my MRI study, and I was so elated by the promptness by the attitudes of all the staff that took care of me you know I wish the place was closer to my practice so I can utilize them more but it’s a great opportunity a great scanning facility and I pray that they continue to prosper and gr... read more
