Took a day off work to bring my wife here for her appointment. The scheduling person never told us to be there 2 hours early. The appointment was for 9 am and the information on Adventhealth's own website "MyChart" indicated we were to arrive there at 8:30. We ended up having to reschedule for Thursday for 8:30 and once again the "MyChart" information is incorrect stating we need to be there at 8:00 (30 minutes) early. The mammography tech was sooooo nice, personable, caring and genuine. Listened to my concerns. She made me feel truly cared for. The US tech was also very pleasant, caring and knowledgeable. She helped me to feel at ease. Outcomes were great!!!! True professionals at that location. Thank you.
The folks at this imaging center are terrific! Managed to book 2 procedures in one morning to save me a bunch of travel time. Everyone is so patient caring and helpful. I’m blessed to have this location so close to home in Apopka.
