Everyone was Very pleasant and welcoming starting with the receptionist Cat in imaging. She made you feel she was happy you chose them. The CT tech was professional and pleasant. Everytime i come to Advent Health, it's a pleasant experience. I will continue to choose Advent Health.
Appt at 7 for 2 MRI (7 and 7:30). I was there at 6:30 and in the room before 7. In and Out perfectly on time. I was claustrophobic so arranged some light accommodations with the staff and I felt confident and comfortable. Trisha (I believe) and Cat were great. Highly recommended this place. Google Maps location is hard to find, but bear in mind is the first man building you see when entering the parking lot.
Cat and Ashlay are kind and helpful. Explaining each step clearly.
Very easy check in. Ana was friendly and efficient.
