Check-in process was easy, as usual, and staff at desk were pleasant. The technician, which handled another of my imaging tests on another date, wasn’t very warm….not rude but a bit stand off-ish.
This was the most awkward arm positioning and uncomfortable mammogram technique I have ever experienced. However, thankfully, the ultrasound technician was an expert.
I think the person who did my testing had very poor people skills!!
