After months of problematic issues woth staffing, poor bed side manner, a social worker that has little to no clue on cases of thier patients and more. There was one CNA who is absolutely best in Advent and was wonderful with my mother. Hospice is not what it was years ago. If you love your family member spare yourself and do not chose advent hospice
The Hospice care is wonderful. But the bereavement services are a zero. You need to do better. Very disappointing. People need you after the death of a loved one and bereavement services are a service you are supposed to provide, but it's been a complete failure. No answers, no return calls, appointments are difficult to get, then they call in sick the day of your appointment, and no way to reschedule. Very poor services.
