I’m being discharged for “many inappropriate interactions with staff and rudeness towards staff in written and personal communications.” This is what you get from them when you advocate for yourself. My health was not being taken seriously by my doctor or her office. I was scheduled today for a vaccine I was supposed to get and have been waiting 2 weeks to get. The day of, Marisol had called me and said they didn’t have it available. It’s unacceptable and unprofessional that they notify their patients last minute.

Throughout my experience, I have encountered a notable absence of compassion and concern from the medical team involved in my child's care. From the outset, it seemed as though her injuries were not taken seriously. As a result, we felt overlooked and undervalued as patients. The staff and doctors here are truly exceptional! Dr. Ali is one of the most caring and attentive providers I’ve ever had. She goes out of her way to make sure you feel heard, supported, and well taken care of. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with kindness and professionalism.
