This happened several months ago but I saw this employee again a few weeks ago and it’s just uncomfortable and I have to say something. Whenever I’ve had to come to the front desk of the main hospital to check in for testing or a procedure, I’ve always had a pleasant experience. All of the women are kind and professional. I had a wonderful experience at UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Hinsdale when I brought my daughter in because she was not feeling well. The nurses, doctors, and staff were all incredibly kind, professional, and compassionate from start to finish. The nurses were attentive, patient, and made sure my daughter felt comfortable and cared for during a stressful time. Doctor Schafer was very nice. I appreciated him calling me back with my blood work. That is very important to me.
