Dr. Alexander and his staff were rude, dismissive and did not respond appropriately to my partner’s condition. He lay on a gurney for hours burning up with fever, which they would not document. The doctor suggested we were only there for a medical note, wasn’t aware of his symptoms, and did the old “treat and street.” We took his temperature multiple times, and it remained over 102 degrees and validated by a nurse.
