My boyfriend had a stroke and while he was in the ER they came in and asked for a credit card for payment. Sadly he was admitted and as soon as he was moved to a room, they again came to his room and asked for another payment as the ER and the hospital stay are two separate bills. Are you kidding me? Bedside credit payments? What happened to billing insurance and then asking for payment. I guess on the bright side if he died that night at least they got paid! Smh. Unbelievable!!!! Don’t go here
I wait an hour and ten minutes for a simple x ray. I needed to go to front desk to see what was happening. When finally called me he said that him and his supervisor was calling me not true I was the whole time waiting in the lobby. Please
My visit for x-rays was very pleasant. The staff was amazing! The whole process went very well.
