What a wonderful experience we had today, from the initial call to the clinic all the way to leaving the office after being seen. Thank you to Jennifer, Holly, Cassie, Kathie and Dr Corea! Unprofessional. The nurse practitioner was writing her notes in a patient room next to the bathroom. She knew i was in the next room but it still took a long time to wait. She appeared tired, sweaty. They rescheduled my appointment twice. The guy who came in after me was told his appointment was canceled and they had been calling him. So he didn't get his appointment. I didn't feel like I was being taken care of by professionals. And I didn't get treated respectfully. Do not recommend.
