The whole team that I experienced Recently for my first breast biopsy, was one of the best teams I could have asked for. I was extremely anxious and have an extreme fear of medical needles. Katherine Smith and her team was so so so helpful even as I was crying. Each team member did everything they could to make me comfortable. Won’t reach out to schedule any imaging, you have to call them and then they make you wait for insurance authorization even though they should have called weeks ago. Too bad this is the closest to my residence or I would never come here
There is never parking here. Cars are constantly circling looking for spots. Go somewhere else if you can.
Absolute worst medical facility I have ever been to. The mammogram techs are rude and unprofessional. The techs did not read my chart correctly, nor did they handle the situation in a way that was respectful. I would give this facility zero stars if I could. They are not about patient care and you will be herded like cattle. I am appalled at how patients are treated here.
