This is the worse doctors office I been too your on hold for a very long time and when you do speak with someone they never have appointments not even sick appointments please do better advent health
I would like to recognize the amazing and caring staff at Advent Health East at Lake Underhill on the 6th W floor TOP NOTCH! I would like to thank all my nurses and assistants starting with Sheena, Rosa, Cornelu, Sharada, Jyoti! and especially Claudia! My nurse leaders and manager were amazing as well, thank you Carmen and Movetta! They truly care and always made sure I was comfortable and that all my needs were met. I have been seen by Dr. Alexander Lo for a few years now. Im sad to see him leave. He has been an excellent and thorough doctor. Great bedside manors and pays attention to detail. Good listener. Wishing him best of luck in future endeavors.
