All of the staff from the front desk to the techs to the doctors were beyond kind and just amazing. I honestly can't thank them enough for being so caring and understanding. Highly recommend this location.

The whole of the AdventHealth team is always a welcoming team. The imaging folks were very friendly, caring, and professional during my outpatient procedure. They explained everything to me and answer my queations without hessitation. I am sure I will see the imaging folks again at some point and won't be concered as to what to expect. Good people!
Didn't bother to tell me 5 months ago it would be $2300 to do the scans here vs $0 at one of their stand alone centers until a week before; now I'm scrambling to get this done in time for my surgeon. No one takes responsibilty, no changes for other future patients, just "oh well, sorry if money is a concern for you." uh, WHAT LOL?! Even worse, I had several conversations with my insurance and this place over a month ago to settle on the cost. It wasn't until I registered that I saw the cost.
Wonderful techs. Always on time. But the department gets a 3 overall because it takes forever to get results. Hire a few more radiologists please.
