Care and service was great with the exception of the point of discharge. I was given discharge summary to sign, but instructions were not explained. I was basically rushed out the door with no instructions given Regarding follow up.
The Dr. Patel was great . The male nurse was also great . Thank you for your excellent care in the ER department. Thanks and thanks again..

Jet took excellent care of me during the entire visit. He checked on me frequently and explained things very good. PA Asahel saw me when I first got to the room for one visit and was thorough.
