I went to your facility actually thinking it was Urgent Care versus an ER, but the staff said there wasn’t an urgent care in Durand. All the staff were wonderful from the intake nurse, doctor and radiology tech. Was in and out in just under an hour which I was worried about as I couldn’t spend a lot of time there with having commitments to watch my grandchildren that day at noon and the nurse was also very helpful in finding out what my prescription would cost in town. I give them 5 stars!!
Good experience- they were professional and tested for various possibilities before coming to a diagnosis- they prescribed the appropriate medications and I got good results — very happy with the care I received 😁
We feel blessed to have such a great facility available nearby. Every time we have had need of an ER, this is our first choice. The doctors on staff there have been top notch - listening well, and following through after recovery. The nurses are kind, funny, and caring. Care is usually immediate, and the facility is clean. But be forewarned: they only serve turkey bacon!
People were great the treatment f my cut thumb was medeoaker at most sould have got stitches but just got new skin bandaid stuff not impressed
