All the staff were amazing yesterday! I was very nervous with anxiety and they all kept me busy by talking to me and making me feel comfortable. From the prep nurse, to the charge nurse (who actually came over to have a nice conversation with me), to the gastro doc, to the anesthesia team and other staff in procedure room, to Mike in recovery, thank you! Staff doesn't seem to be understanding or caring. You call to make a follow-up appt after pancreatitis and they want to schedule you 2 months out! I understanding you are busy, but for established patients having to wait 2 months to follow up after a ER visit and to get test results is ridiculous! On top of that when I called in and told them about the pain I was told that it was gas from the EGD and to get some Gas-x! Glad I didn't listen. She didn't even acknowledge the pain I was describing. If I could do negative stars I... read more
