We had an appointment with PA Daniel Ulla on June 8th at 4:00PM. We arrived at 3:45 in the lobby, and in the office at 4:53. Upon arrival we were told they gave our time slot away to another patient and that the PA had to leave and could not see us. We have an email dated 3:08 PM confirming our visit at 4:00PM. We had to travel an hour each way for this visit, and my wife had a recent knee replacement. It is not a medical office. It is chicken farm.few chickens are seating front of screens . With same level IQ like chicken. Happy holidays as happy as you deserve it. May God gave you same problems to understand what I had passed that day . You canceled my appointment just because I was late 3 minutes. I was waiting for this appointment more then 2 months.
