I have to get my lab work done here. I just have lost faith in them, I have seem them consistently turn people away because they dont like getting the orders faxed to them. My dr sent them an order and I know they have gotten every other one from the same place but this one they didn't get? If you dont have a copy on your hand your sol. Don't trust you can get important lab work done.
Some how some way they had lost my daughters blood work & never sent it to her dr after having 3 nurses on her & poked her 3 times i had to retake her. THIS time they had 3 nurses on her & poked her twice the first time the nurse put the needle in & moved had blood all over my 1yr old arm / chair hopefully they can make sure to send her lab paper work over to her dr.
