I had a great experience. The reception staff were very kind, respectful, and professional, and they helped me in any way they could. The nurse, the X-ray technician, and the doctor were all excellent. I have absolutely no complaints; I'm very grateful. I arrived with a badly injured hand, and everyone was so kind.
I'm leaving one star cause there is no option for 0, this place is a factory. They don't treat people as patients, just numbers and all they care about is profit. I asked Dr. Moreno for two referral for my very ill mom, mind you, she had a stroke and is not feeling well at all, she needs to go to a cardiologist and a neurologist (specialist) he wanted to treat her in the office like if he was a specialist and when I didn't agree, he flat out told me, find another primary.
