I received A+ care during my visit to the emergency room. Excellent service from the check in staff, nurses and doctors.
The Emergency Room was absolutely the best. Eighteen months ago I went in as an emergency director an auto-immune. They informed me then that I may experience flare ups in the future & if I do to immediately come back to the ER in Clermont. I got real ill at 2:00AM & went to the ER. They had all my historical records & saw me immediately. I ended up getting blood work, EKG, administered steroids IV fluids, antibiotics, I was released at 6:15 am. They are really nice nurses, doctors who understand and will give you answers. I was there from 9:30am to 2:30pm. They figured out what was going on. I have been dealing with the pain and discomfort since September. They are helping me to get better, did not waste any time. God Bless them and Thank you so much.
