I had an MRI at the Rosewood Plaza, and the staff were superior. They were polite, pleasant, professional, funny, and kind. The Medical Receptionist provided my next steps, and the MRI Technologist and Nurse stepped me through the MRI procedures. I’m always treated well and kindly at the Rosewood Plaza, but I received exceptional treatment today, 041000 Sep 25. Apologies for not remembering any of their names.

On June 18, MRI called me, did my pre-precheck-in what to wear, no jewelry, electronic devices, am i Claustrophobic... be early to Patient Check-in. On June 19, I arrived early as directed 0700am, per MRIs instructions, as previously mentioned!!! There were a minimum of 7 people already waiting to be checked in. My MRI was at 0730am. Doctors order STAT should be done immediately with results , is been over a week and this place haven’t finish the results of my mothers mri done a week ago . A cancer patient she already lost 3 appointments because the radiologist is NOT doing his Job !!!
