Front lady sucks, I was trying to pick up my CD for my upcoming appointment I showed up at 10:50 am and she told me she couldn't help me because she was already in lunch, she told me to come back at 12:45, I didn't know lunch was that long, but yet the work hours are advertised differently, at least specify the schedule correctly so people doesn't have to drive to the clinic, and waste our time.

I had an MRI at the Rosewood Plaza, and the staff were superior. They were polite, pleasant, professional, funny, and kind. The Medical Receptionist provided my next steps, and the MRI Technologist and Nurse stepped me through the MRI procedures. I’m always treated well and kindly at the Rosewood Plaza, but I received exceptional treatment today, 041000 Sep 25. Apologies for not remembering any of their names.
On June 18, MRI called me, did my pre-precheck-in what to wear, no jewelry, electronic devices, am i Claustrophobic... be early to Patient Check-in. On June 19, I arrived early as directed 0700am, per MRIs instructions, as previously mentioned!!! There were a minimum of 7 people already waiting to be checked in. My MRI was at 0730am.
