Plenty of parking next to building. Easy to find location. Staff is attentive. Lots of seating inside of reception area. Didn't have to wait very long to see the medical staff. Bathroom in lobby.
Nursing staff is condescending and rude. Don't bother calling them. Their policy is "no medical advice over the phone". Apparently there's no policy against condescending/sarcastic remarks. If you want someone to make you feel stupid for being a concerned and loving parent, give 'em a call! If you want actual help, look elsewhere.
My husband and I went and seen Dr Go! We love him!
I called and made a last minute appointment- Melissa booked my appointment and she was incredibly thorough and kind. I met with the provider and he was amazing as well. So helpful and kind. In fact- every person I encountered during my visit was nothing short of amazing.
