I wish I had listened to all the negative reviews for this location. I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life. From the front desk to the so-called doctors in the back. This location is terrible. I have been taking a medication for about a year, and my prescription ran out from my previous doctor. So I asked Dr. Dale if he could go ahead and take over that prescription and provide it for me. He said, No, I didn't need it. I have seen this doctor twice for ten minutes each time. how is this place still open!!!???
My friend/co worker received a letter from advent health in copperas Cove Texas saying that they would no longer serve her nor her family because she wouldn’t accept the wrong medication that they was given her. How can a hospital/1st responders refuse medical services for anyone especially having insurance. I personally seen the letter for anyone who don’t believe. I’m just highly disappointed that a hospital/medical office would even make such a decision and or remark.
Worst service ever!!
