From the moment we walked in we felt welcome. Only 1 of my kids appointment went through but they gladly took both back for their school physicals. Our medical assistant Ebone was amazing. She even took time to write down a local pediatrician for us. She gladly answered a plethora of questions and just gets it. A++!

Had ebony take my vitals very nice sweet lady an professional an explained everything she was going to do very well.
Decided to come to this place today and it was the worst experience. Walked in the door and they asked if I had an appointment. Told her I didn’t. Filled out the paperwork and she then tells me $318.75 before anything else, and can’t even do partial or split payments for this. Sat in the waiting room and watched other people walk through the door after me and get taken back before me. Then, in the back I’m told that I need shots and meds. I arrived at the AH Centra Care at 2 PM Tuesday afternoon in excruciating knee pain. I was told they were not doing X-rays because the technician was off, -and- no MD on site. WHAT?! this is 24/7 URGENT care isn't it? No other means to obtain images; no CT, no MRI, no Ultrasound, nothing. Big disappointment.
