I had only been in FL 3 days and had an injury. Using the online schedule and pre sign in was easy and convenient. Everyone I spoke to was kind and patient. I never felt I was rushed and was given thorough exam. They even helped me find a pharmacy close to my town. Time waiting to be seen was minimum. Very satisfied A++
