Honestly for the most part the staff at Advent Health was great but the tech ( Mike) was rude and Customer Service on his end was zero. Positive patient interaction is not present with this man and someone needs to check him especially in the climate were living in! We all have our bad days but treat people with decency and respect especially if your wanted.to be treated the same! GOD Bless!!!
Went on 9/24/25 started having Covid symptoms that Sunday did an at home test Wed. Of 9/24/25 because it was getting worse, honestly test came back positive. Went to a decent urgent care because my symptoms were worsening and just felt horrible. They tested me again when I got there and it came back positive I was only there for maybe 20-30 minutes at the most, it wasn’t crowded so once they checked me in they called me right back for my vitals and to do the COVID test.
