The staff is warm and welcoming, I never have to wait long to be seen, and I’m always treated with compassion.
I am truly impressed by the creativity displayed in your practice. Not only was I misdiagnosed and unnecessarily charged for tests, that we’re not necessary, but my attempt to address this went unanswered. I was assured a callback from your manager, which never occurred. Now, you demand an additional $500 for another examination after your initial misdiagnosis, while I am still suffering. A different doctor has identified a serious condition. Your professionalism is truly noteworthy.
Highly recommend this urgent care!! Would give 10 stars if I could. I’ve been here a few times for myself and my 3 year old. We have seen both Dr.Ward and Dr. Dakotah (forgot his last name) and are beyond pleased with services. The doctors take the time to listen to you, explain things and have you leaving feeling heard. The entire staff are so kind, welcoming and friendly. Office is so clean as well. Thank you to the doctors and staff at this Advent Health urgent care location!

I try to avoid urgent care unless I have no better options, which was the case around the end of June. When this location opened nearby we thought it would be nice in a pinch to have it so close. The location itself is nice, clean and comfortable. There were no other people in the waiting area (it was a Monday afternoon) and the reception staff were quick to assist.
