Outstanding care!
I have been to this clinic several times and always had a good experience until today . The front desk person who was checking in was rude and not helpful. This is essentially a walk in clinic and she rudely asked why I didn’t make a reservation. I responded with isn’t this a walk in clinic. She again responded with yes but you should make a reservation now will wait for over an hour .
Excellent and attentive service! Visited the Urgent Care for my child and there was little wait time. Luis was amazing and provided excellent care. Dr. Ward explained everything clearly and took his time going over all the necessary details.
