Very good service Kind and caring staff and doctors.
Fast service. Ran many tests quickly. It was determined I had not broken a bone in my body when I recently fell. I have advanced osteoporosis and falling is my nightmare. I got to go home that same day. I hate hospitals and hospital beds compound my horrific pain.
Two stars for nice receptionist, zero for everything else. I asked if my insurance was acceptable and receptionist did not know. Fair enough. Now I’ve been called to triage and she’s aggravated I’m asking about my insurance bc she wants to do her job. However I refuse treatment until I have assurance about my insurance so triage reluctantly left to talk to billing. She returned saying it was impossible to calculate my bill until I’ve been treated, but I looked up on their website while she was gone, and there it was, plain a... read more
