I called the next morning and was told that he would be evaluated and that someone would get back with me. I waited all day then kept calling all night only to get the staff to hang up on me constantly. TO say the least I was so disappoined. Absolutely horrible communications and I fear the care is unacceptable. Out father is in Geri-Psych, where they are not allowing any in person visitation and promised daily follow-ups. We have not received ONE proactive call and after numerous attempts, about 10% of calls are returned. Decisions are being made about his care without any consultation with the family.
