We had high hopes as the visit started out well. We were taken back to a room immediately. But ended up spending 8 hours total. After my partner's experience here, we can not recommend it especially for women. The doctor Dr Joel Brooks was an older man who right away gave a potential diagnosis without even examining her, just from her symptoms. This place is AMAZING!!! The entire staff of the night I was there from registration - triage- nurses - ER doctor - x-ray technician was one of the most attentive, caring medical facilities I ever encountered. They were fast with X-rays and extremely upbeat - almost forgot I was in an ER 🫶 Oh and you actually BOOK A TIME ONLINE !!! Thank you to Dr Randolph and the entire staff on 5/25/26 night shift! You made going home on crutches a way better experience then I had imagined !! ----Tracy C
