I’ve being a patient for the last 14 years and never had a issues with the Adventhealth Hospital . All my medical records are in files at this hospital aforesaid above. No hospital is perfect, but I’d still trust the medical doctors at this hospital. No appointments glitch as well . Thank you for your patience, service and caring.
Staff have no consideration of patients time. I had a appointment for 1pm and did not get seen. No one can give me a answer to how I can schedule a appointment from the ordering physician. So because I don't have it or they can't see it I can't be seen! I ask for a manager which I wait for 7 to 10 minutes before I go back to the desk and ask what's the problem.
