I advised this office in Nov 2025 that I had lost my job and I became a self pay. I received a txt in Jan 2026 stating that my Cologuard kit had arrived sent by my provider at Advent Health. I have never used a Cologuard kit. I did not have a conversation with my provider to request one. I did not have a conversation with my provider to advise that I would be sent one. I would like to report a "Fraud". Every time I visit a facility (that is associated with Advent Health): Urgent Care, Sleep doctors office, or Ear nose and throat doctor (ENT), I would receive a "Generic" letter in the mail within 30 days after the date of service. The letter i receive informs me that Advent Health had filed a claim with my insurance company (Vaya Health NC Medicaid), for the date of service (in this case 12/23/2025). AdventHealth comes across as stating that have patient care and a few years ago they did. But the last year or so Patient Care means very little to some in this corporation. Something has changed and whatever that is I suggest someone do something about it because you are losing patients ! Please don’t reply with standard reply because it really doesn’t mean anything.

I would like someone that cares about Healthcare and how Advent Health is perceived I would like them too give me a call. My daughter was in the hospital at your location I. Kissimmee Florida and was treated by one of your Nursing Staff terribly and she spoke things to my daughter that no nurse should speak to any Patient. I'm sure you can get my information through my daughter's hospital stat she is actually in the 6th floor and is still in the hospital. I ask that this nurse not be allowed in her room again.
