Horrific customer/patient care! Been trying for 4 weeks to get my doctor to sign an insurance requirement of an authorization for a procedure my specialist ordered in May! It’s almost July and still can’t get a damn piece of e-paper signed. He got the medical records faxed 3 times by specialist’s office. No one can find my records!!! The staff is incompetent. I’ve spent hours on the phone - getting no where. Avoid AdventHealth at all costs! They don’t believe in quality of care. They lose records and are utterly worthless!!
I've never been called a liar while the MRI, X-rays, and sonograms plus blood cultures are showing my injuries are real. This place sucks!!!!!! I'm checking myself out. I'd rather die than be abused by people my insurance is paying quite well. Get your shit together Advent. You have an average of 2.4 stars. I'd say that's generous!
I’ve been having serious problems with Advent Health the past two weeks. It all started with a work injury I suffered a couple weeks ago. I was seen at a local Centra Care location for this injury. Fist issue was the location refused to sign a physician statement I needed for insurance benefits to be released to me. They claimed we don’t have any real medical doctors on staff to do that. Great place to work. I love being part of the AdventHealth family
I received a bill 3 years later and I requested information about it and I was actually at another doctor the day they stated this took place, wrong!! Also why do they send bills three years later this is poor business. When I was speaking to them they told me I reached an office in Tennessee but I could barley understand this person and I know it was actually a call center located overseas possibly Philippines you just cant trust them.
