Disappointed. I went to their facility Advent Health Central Care in Orlando Feb 3 2026 for a physical DOT and drug screen as of March 2026 iCDL is currently suspended and I am unemployed. A clean CDL since 2017 until this suspension on my driving record. The medical doctor FAILED TO FILE MED CERT/DISABILITY INFO Effective Date 3/2/2026 Type Disqualification. I tried contacting the office and still no resolve,
