The doctor is excellent and very knowledgeable. However, the scheduling process needs improvement. Patients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early, yet appointments often run an hour late. For those traveling long distances, this can be very frustrating and feels like a waste of valuable time. I hope the clinic can work on being more efficient with their scheduling. Time management is essential.
At 5 months old my son had to have open heart surgery, he had a rare case with a hole in his heart. Dr Mora and his team are the ones who performed the surgery and were successful in fixing my sons heart. What him and his team did for my son and our family is a miracle, they walked us through what would happen and I can never thank them enough for their work.
