Went in on a Saturday at 3:30 AM. No wait time. My child was having trouble breathing because of Croup. They handled it fast and efficiently.
CHILDREN’S EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT: Doctor Mouzon, Auriel completely dismissed a UTI even after we told her we think our child has it. Multiple times she told us our child DOES NOT have a UTI and to no worry even though I received the results through the portal with abnormal results. Even after we left the hospital, my husband called and spoke to her over the phone. She continued saying she does not have a UtI. Medication for my child’s fever was never offered and instead she prescribed Amoxicillin for fluid in my child’s ear E... read more
You never want to take your child to the ER on vacation but if you need to this is the place to go! They were attentive, kind, answered every question we had and gave us the number their nurse in case we needed help again. Learn from my mistake and parking in the P1 parking garage so you don't have to carry a sick child for a long distance.
Smooth check in. No wait time. Parking right in front of the children’s ER. Dr Acevedo was kind, efficient, and quick do diagnose my child’s croup. Clean facilities, testing on site. Close to Disney, did not experience anything I read in the negative reviews.
