As a security specialist I can whole heartedly say non of their recruiters that they hire as technical recruiters for cybersecurity know anything. I personally understand the entire cybersecurity infrastructure these recruiters couldn't even play a game of backdoors and breeches and win. They don't understand that alot of companies use generic title labels like security analyst but in reality the position is different from a security analyst companies use generic titles because they don't want to pay for a specialist.
