Do not trust this company. Called with a coupon for dryer vent cleaning. When he Cale he inspected my air ducts, said I had mold and wanted to clean them and charge $1100. I said no. He cleaned my dryer vent, charged me $169 vs the $99 coupon. After he left I discover he never hooked the dryer vent up…….terrible…… I called my a/c guy to check my vents, he actually told me I not only did not have any mold but they didn’t need any cleaning and he said you shouldn’t clean them anyway because it could cause damage to the air duc... read more

Called for an appointment with a $79 coupon.  When the tech arrived he said there were different types of cleaning. I said I wanted the one with the coupon. He said he had to do an inspection first. As he started the inspection he told me all of my vents were full of mold. What he showed me looked like dirt build up. He said it would cost $2500. for the proper cleaning for the vents and the a/c. Found a coupon for a $79 vent cleaning. Called for an appointment, and when the tech (salesman) was outside the gate he called me. He was hard to understand because of his challenge with the English language, but conveyed that instead of cleaning my vents, he would see what condition they were in, and then tell me what it was REALLY going to cost me to have them cleaned. It sounded like a bait and switch scheme, so I told him to cancel the appointment.
