I love Advent dental. They are always kind, professional, and quick with their services. I have 4 children and they always schedule the kids together to make it easier for me, as well as allow my other child to come to the appointments. They heal my inner childhood trauma when it comes to dentists, my young kids feel safe and we all know they are in great hands! Horrible, went for a cleaning. Dr. wanted to pull all my teeth out. Not at that second but wanted subsequent appointments. Went for second opinion at the oral surgeon. He said my teeth were in good condition. Definitely didn't have what she claimed. Didn't need any pulled. If I believed her I'd be toothless now. I feel they only care about money. Imagine pulling someone's teeth needlessly for money. Worst dentist I've been to in my entire life. Only went there cuz my guy passed away. 😢
Don't bring any of your family here, they refused to let me in the back with my AUTISTIC son who I've gone back with EVERY time and lo and behold the one time I'm not allowed back there they worked on three teeth NONE of which was he there for, leaving his broken tooth undone for now over a month and charging me for the WRONG teeth. When called to complain and ask what happened I was told it was my fault for not informing them. Due to Courtney not looking at my son's chart. I'm now looking to file medical malpractice and assault on a minor with autism. They drilled 3 teeth and didn't touch the broken tooth my son was there for. Also told my wife she couldn't be in the room with our son
