Advent Dental is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease. I was really nervous about getting my tooth pulled, but they were patient, gentle, and took the time to explain everything, which helped calm my nerves. No one knows what they are doing. I faxed a DMA to them before my appointment. I show up. They say I have no appointment (after calling me & verified that I was coming on said date) they say we have no record of you. I say “isn’t that my paperwork right there” they say “oh well look at that” . I get back to the dentist. She has no clue I’m pregnant, when I told her she was in shock & told me I cannot receive care until I have the baby. My insurance approves me to get teeth pulled. I love Advent dental. They are always kind, professional, and quick with their services. I have 4 children and they always schedule the kids together to make it easier for me, as well as allow my other child to come to the appointments. They heal my inner childhood trauma when it comes to dentists, my young kids feel safe and we all know they are in great hands!
