The owner, Brian, was the most thorough and knowledgeable AC contractor we have met. We were obtaining several quotes for our AC repair, but Brian was the only one who explained every factor involved (and showed us specifically on the AC unit and throughout our home). We greatly appreciate his expertise and honesty - by making several adjustments to the ventilation and a damper that was partially closed, and keeping the thermostat at a steady temperature, our AC is now working more efficiently and no major repair was needed.... read more
