Steven Hanes PA. was very helpful with answering all my questions. He was thorough with explaining everything. He also shared what to expect along with the plan for my future treatment and I appreciated his pleasantness.
Staff treated me well, were prompt, informative, and did a great job reminding me about appointments.
Very knowledgeable professional. PA explained thoroughly his summation of the problem and intended treatment. He was patient with my questions and did not seem as though I was just another number through his office.
So far very great. Every one is very professional. I go next week for my procedure. We will see then how everything is.
