Nothing but issues. Made a phone call to Wallace Rd location and had questions about my CPAP that this location recommend. I was advised on my last office visit that if there were any issues or questions feel free to call? Why would you say that if your going to tell clients they need to set up an appointment for consultation? I informed the front clerk I didn't need consultation just a simple question to be answered. 1st visit was with Dr. Mustafa Muhammad. He was absolutely wonderful & very knowledgeable about my current issues. Great bedside manner. 2nd visit was Dr.Williams . He was just as impressive & kind . They both show how they will take all measures of caution ⚠️ before going in for surgery . They put the patients needs first . I highly recommend this practice !
My interaction with the staff was fine until I discovered they attempted to bill procedures that were never performed. They also performed seemingly simple and yet expensive procedures (during my initial consult) without fully disclosing the cost in advance. The result was an expensive initial evaluation that came with no actual medical insight. I then received multiple calls and pressure to have more expensive testing completed.
