Providers were good and they offer a unique service. I rated a 3 because the billing department cannot provide CSP codes in a timely fashion and I always get additional unexplained charges after office visits. In short, the billing department is terrible! They outsource it and need to fix!

Paul was very friendly warm. He thoroughly explained what he would be doing during his exam which helped me relax. His instructions for treatment tasks I am to complete over the next 3 weeks were clear and concise. My experience was very positive.

I was very impressed w/my appt for a second opinion regarding potential surgery on a deviated septum. Paul was patient and professional while he spent nearly 45 minutes answering my questions and educating me on my situation and the solution. When I arrived for this appt (same day I called) I was frustrated and concerned. I left relieved and confident of the plan to address my particular issues. I no longer felt I was a “number” on the schedule. Thank you!

My experience with Avent has been GREAT! The receptionist and Paul were very nice and professional! Paul was very attentive to my concerns and made it apparent that he would do everything he possibly could to help me be able to breathe correctly and sleep normally! So glad I made an appointment with Advent!! I would recommend Advent to anyone who has trouble breathing, sleeping, snoring, etc! They are very knowledgeable and care about their clients!!
