Unfortunately, I hate to give anyone a 1 star reviews but after 2 1/2 months and still dont have a clear answer and breakout of surgery cost. The communication is ridiculous because noone is in the office, left plenty of messages and noone calls you back for weeks. This includes the office manager and case manager. When they do call, they make it more confusing and the story changes each time. It almost like you have to do your own work when it comes to billing.
I have been suffering with sinusitis for months and heard about ADVENT on the radio. Everyone in the office could not have been nicer. I’m looking forward to my 3 week follow up.
