Madeline did a very nice job in explaining the situation.
Before scheduling a appointment I saw on the website that they accepted my insurance. I called to verify that also. Received a pre examination phone call and was told my insurance was not accepted but I could do a cash payment plan. What a joke and a waist of time.
Easy to make appointment. On time. Listened and answered questions.
The staff was very knowledgeable and informative. Made me feel comfortable in an otherwise uncomfortable situation.
