Came here to hopefully get some answers after being dismissed by an ENT at another practice. The provider listened to my concerns and made sure we addressed all my questions. They understood that even though my case is mild, it’s deeply impacting my quality of life.

These guys are terrible. One of the doctors did not update his insurance acceptance details on zocdoc and that caused us significant out of network charges. They simply deflected this back to us saying it's not their responsibility to let us know. Our first visit was with a nurse practitioner and he was in-network. He asked us to follow up with the clinic for a CT scan. They didn't tell us who will show up.
