I came here for a general exam! I had a ct Scan of my sinus’s due to left maxillary sinus is consistently inflamed! No other sinus is an issue just this left pocket! Off and on! I came to advent for relief hoping for relief! I come to get scan and Dr exams mt sinus cavity with a cam scope way deep down. Never experience that before. I was told yup it’s definitely inflamed! 1 Star is too high but could not select anything lower - Absolutely zero diagnosis or help with my concerns. A lot of ordering tests with zero communication on cost or knowledge when conveying the results - bills come several month after the visits - Everything was noted as ‘mild or slightly irregular’, I left visits with more questions than answers and will certainly not return- This place is nothing more than a scam
STAY FAR AWAY! I would give these people negative stars if possible. I don't have much to say about their ENT as I never got to meet one. The problem is their front desk and the total incompetence that they exhibited. I called ADVENT in the first week in October after receiving a diagnosis from a different ENT. Asking SPECIFICALLY if I seen their ENT if I would be able to have the procedure I needed done before the end of the year (which the first could not) and therefore in the same set of copays.
