FINALLY!! An APP who listens to the patient. She was outstanding and should be cloned.
These people are criminals! $1,000 for a 20 minute consultation is insane! Then they have the nerve to ask if you can pay your bill before the insurance company explains what they are going to pay. I just drove 50 miles for test results that could have been explained over a video call or phone call. This place is a joke! Go elsewhere!
Ultimately, Advent is a money-making scam. The staff are FANTASTIC and they are all really nice, BUT the procedures do not really seem to work and they are very expensive. I went through a surgery and a repeat surgery within one year because the first one worked, but then things went back to normal after 6 months. I'm now three months out from my second surgery and it's happening again.
