I had my consultation and I haven't been able to schedule anything else. Lady who was supposed to call me and talk to me about my insurance and schedule appointment never called. 2 weeks went by I called, I was told she was on the phone and would call me right back. One star, that is it. You get your hopes up high that your breathing problems will finally be resolved.They tell you what has to be done according to them and then you get hit with a HUGE out of pocket expense but the procedure only takes one hour. Very disappointed. I have never been told by any other Dr that I needed all that. I had my cat scan on a day that I was having severe sinusitis, how could they know what I truly needed, I was swollen from sinusitis. I have only been there once and I have to come back. I don't know much yet but they were very nice and explained what they could find very well. Unfortunately I have to have a cat scan for them to know how to treat me. I will know more soon.
