Came in due to severe sleep apnea, told them it was finally time I did something about plus I needed to do it because of dot compliance. They recommend nose surgery after I had an at home sleep study done to fix my breathing problems, which is what I went with and I'm currently recovering from. My issues came when I needed to do my dot physical and they said they needed a note from advent explaining that they had done surgery to correct my sleep apnea.
