Please go visit a real dr !!! Didn't resolve my issue. First initial visit went okay, staff was decent. I was told needed to do a sleep study before second visit and second visit would be a review ,Asked if second visit was needed or if we could just do zoom call and was meet with a hard no, i didn't want to waste either of our time but they have different motivates. I would have preferred sedation for the procedure had it been an option that was offered. My aftercare provider was late to multiple appointments, one where staff was overheard being catty in a shared office across the hall about another patient. This practice feels more like a commercialized factory than a practice of professional physicians and physician extenders. I’m finding a full service ENT practice to finish my aftercare followups.
