Do not list yourself as an ENT if you don’t do ear issues. Wouldn’t tell me over the phone either so i wasted an hour of driving to be turned away at the desk. Beyond upsetting
Once I posted a review without doctor’s name.I am really sorry to do that again, but doctor was Dr Withkoff. He underestimated my problems and never checked my soft tissues to see where was the problem.He said “no more surgery, everything is wide open”.I really do need another surgery. Never hesitate to go to another doctor, if somebody is not doing what is necessary.
Arpita was kind, knowledgeable, and patient. She allowed me to ask questions without being interrupted. She was very thorough, explaining possible reasons for the issues I’m experiencing and the actions that can be taken to correct the issues. I’m looking forward to working with her again with my follow up visit.
