I want to make it aware that there was a sudden notice that went out months ago that stated grills are no longer allowed on porches and must be stowed in garages.failure to do so will result in fine. *** at the Sanctuary has gone downhill since the new manager has come in. This place used to be all about community, sadly it feels like it's all about the almighty dollar. We had community events, breakfast "on-the-go" every Friday that the kids looked forward to, and management that cared. Now its called Advenir at ************* in *******, *****. Around Covid, I was awarded rent relief (Covid funding) by two organizations. The company knew the rules and policies to this. I lived at the *** at ******************** in ******, ***** for twenty months. I paid my rent on time every single month. When I moved out, I paid all the cleaning fees and everything that the management brought to my attention that I owed them.There is an alleged bill for $167.00 that they never sent me, even though they still had all my contact information (and still do, to this day.) Weve lived here going on 4 years we dont bother our neighbors pay our rent on time and were always friendly with the staff and it has been a horrible experience from appliances breaking and them telling us we have to pay for the parts to fix it even tho we are paying them renters insurance The maintenance workers recording me without my permission and when confronted (which I have on tape) he gets very aggressive and agitated as a young woman who lives here I want to feel safe! This is the worst place you can live. The few "maintenance" workers that they have don't speak English and they don't care to learn. So if you don't speak Spanish this is not the place you want to live. They are incompetent and management is a joke. Work orders take weeks and when they do show up, it's in and out and problem is not resolved. They are great at taking multiple coffee and cigarette breaks. First and foremost, the recurring problems with my AC unit have been a source of constant frustration. My AC has broken down around six times this year, including the most recent incident on 11/2/2023. Despite submitting work orders, they were promptly closed without any resolution, leaving me to endure sweltering heat and humidity in my apartment.
