Overall, the interior of the apartments are run down and in dire need of refurbishment. This summer, the management went for weeks without picking up the trash from the community trash dump at the back of the complex thus creating a huge sanitation hazard. Then...there's their questionable business practices which include fees for everything. First, their "security deposit" is not a deposit; it's a mandatory non-refundible fee. Mayfield uses Valet Living and ******** Services for all trash removal. Mayfield utilizes Jetty Surety Bond in place of a traditional security deposit.
