Do not move here. Gave them my 60 day notice to vacate and left. Now they are claiming I owe 5k and put it on my credit because they say I did give them notice when I told Ebony to her face and asked her if she needs a written noticed and replied “no your good” ( my mistake for trusting her) Never had an issue paying rent. Left me with out a/c for a week. Apartment would partially flood when it rains real hard.
