My Experience here at Advenir at Magnolia has been great! I love my apartment, and the office Staff along with maintenance always go Above and Beyond. Ebony and Jay are absolutely wonderful! Thank you for all that you do:)

5 stars only for ms ebony at leasing office she was awesome! 🤩 her greeting was very welcoming great energy and personality! Wasn’t that interested in the apartment itself but she was great! thanks ebony!
Do not trust ebony in the front office or jay. Let’s start with when I did the walk through made it seem like the lights was just off so they couldn’t show me in the light so we used phone flashes cool. But I couldn’t see the mold or or mildew brewing in the ceiling. Rats running around everywhere outside pass your door when you walk out and inside and outside of the apartment is roach infested. The inspection list I submitted they all of sudden can’t find it so they submitted a blank one to the courts. (I have a lawyer, I d... read more
