I been here for almost a year and they have rats in the apartment eating up food and clothing. They office staff are VERY friendly and helpful. They do their best to handle all the issues that I have.

I moved out of this community this summer and not a single person has reached out to me with any updates on my deposit or if my move-out was finalized. I have called and been told someone will reach back out but they never do, half the time I can’t get someone on the phone. I gave my keys to the receptionist in the front office then never heard from them again. I don’t understand the lack of system they have in place, where is the professionalism?

This is not a great place to live. Roaches are everywhere, and even though we pay for pest control and have requested spraying, they never came. The apartments are given to you dirty and poorly maintained—things are broken, just painted over to look “fixed.” Trash collection is inconsistent, and when it rains, patios flood. The upstairs patios look unsafe and like they could collapse at any time.
