Don’t come very poor management very old appliances they never renew the air conditioning are in very bad conditions very poor customer service the staff is rude incompetent and unprofessional lazy to check your mail and so on

Florida Statutes at Part II, Chapter 83, the Florida Residential Landlord Tenant Act state’s tenants have the right to a private, peaceful dwelling and an assurance of safety. This complex doesn’t follow this statute and when you complain they do nothing. They completely turned a blind eye to a 5 time convicted felon living in a unit even though he wasn’t on the lease. Please thoroughly consider your options before renting with Turnbury. The apartments look nice, but I strongly urge you to consider all of your options first. Our AC went out 5 times over a 1-month period. They tried to fix the system by a variety of means including vacuuming out the vents. Nothing worked and they had to buy a new AC unit for our apartment. When we decided to leave Turnbury, at the time our lease was set to expire, the management tried to charge us over $1000 for the vacuuming of their contaminated air vents... read more

At first when I saw the model I thought the apartment seemed nice and cozy but my mistake was that I didn't look over every detail first before making a final decision. In the beginning, Yair was helpful and very pleasant and I really thought I had found what I was looking for. Unfortunately, he could only do so much when it comes to how this place operates. this place was horrible after showing our family one unit, we got the lease for that unit. they tell us the day of our move that the unit we were supposed to move into was not available, so with a fully loaded u-haul they put us in a unit that had NOT been cleaned or touched up. If I could give zero stars I would!! The management team does not care! They will dodge your questions all day long! You can completely destroy this apartment and you'll be paying the same move out charges as if you kept it in pristine shape! When I moved in the stove was sitting in the middle of the dining room covered in grease. The kitchen floor was black with dirt. There were cobwebs EVERYWHERE!!! This place is a dump and hopefully you read all the reviews before you sign. If you dont mind living with cockroaches and rats this could be the place for you... Especially if you like a leasing agent who dont give a dam about the property and tenants who feel the same way. Low class living at high prices...

Bed bugs. Roaches. Fees for everything. Horrible management. Overpriced. Never kept up . Matience says they repaired work order. But they dont. I will never rent from advenir ever again. Advenir at Lowry has been a horrible experience for me as a newly single mom.
