This place is already under legal review and litigation. I'm surprised they're not doing more to resolve current issues and prevent further grievances. Update: the email provided returned my message as "undeliverable." It appears to contain a careless spelling typo.

11/4/25: 2 of 3 elevators aren't working. 10/22/25: New security mailboxes have been installed. New management and it seems they're cleaning house so far. So glad Greystar isn't the management company anymore. I would not move into a complex managed by them. I'm going to change my rating from 1 to 2 stars and hold it there until I see more improvements. Until next time. 9/3/25: One of the three elevators is up and running. The customer service is horrendous. It would be one thing if the complex had issues but the staff was attentive... sadly not the case. The woman who took my phone call at 10am and assured me "she would resolve my concern right away." It's now late in the afternoon, no response from Avantus. I've sent 4 follow-up emails and called the office multiple times from several phone numbers - ZERO communication. This is "normal" for them.
