I wish to give Gabriella a compliment she has the perfect disposition to be Receptionist in medical rooms where a lot of people are stressed. 10 out of 10 for the manner in which she spoke to every person today. I was observing while my husband was taken through to have tests done from Joy Williams ..
When I arrived I'm greeted by the reception girls then I go take my seat and wait for the nurse to take in room to do my blood pressure, check my weight etc my blood pressure has been good since but my weight is so different there and at home, where I got told ur scales have to be flat surface not carpet and my weight different all the time. Plus when I see Dr. Karen Teo the price I pay unreal when someone not working and rile on ur husband to pay its not good either, I hate what the pensioners pay.
I haven’t actually partaken in any services yet but when I attended today there was a power outage so I couldn’t have my procedure done; the way your staff (particularly Gabriella) managed the clients was outstanding. Her manner was exemplary. Give that girl a raise!
Disappointed and devastated. Every time i have come to this facility, there is no talk whatsoever of further investigations into what is causing my heart pain and sternum pain or any talk of repeating any tests that were carried out. I am told to ignore it. That it's all anxiety. Now i am in more frequent pains and more intense pains and i see no way out of this but one. It has destroyed my life and those around me.
