I was seen in Kadina facility for an echo stress test. The staff were great, the appointment went well, I felt cared for and all went as I felt it should be, HOWEVER, 3 weeks later when I went to my Dr, as I had not heard anything, the results had not even been sent on to my Dr. She had to ring them, was advised that the results were there but had not been sent on as the Dr had not signed off on them - seriously - we are talking HEART here.
