Although happy with the professional service of staff, I’m sorry that I didn’t ask the cost of the consultations beforehand as they’re exorbitant and there’s a big out of pocket expense as a result. Not everyone is on a pension that some discount is offered. I had my treadmill and Holter test done at a bulk billers to lessen the cost.

The technician was fantastic - so polite, kind and reassuring, when hooking me up for a device. He explained thoroughly what to expect. But reception service is appalling. On my two visits they did not look up to acknowledge my presence for quite awhile. On the second occasion I waited a while before the one on the end said gruffly, again without looking up, “give me a minute”. It was a long minute. When I returned my device she said loudly “all good” , not once looking to see who it was that returned the device.

Dr Matt Swale (Cardiologist) is an excellent physician and human being. After Pfizer caused me Pericarditis / Myocarditis and a systemic inflammatory reaction (including ongoing Dysautonomia), I saw multiple Cardiologists referred through hospitals. They were mostly rude, short on time and provided a very transactional and somewhat gas-lighting service.
